Switzerland and Hungary have been working together for more than 15 years to reduce economic and social disparities in Hungary. In a spirit of solidarity, Switzerland participates in sharing the cost of EU enlargement, so this is the second period in which Hungary benefits from the Swiss Contribution.
The cooperation program supports developments that contribute to economic growth, job creation, the further improvement of public security, the environment protection, health, and the promotion of research and innovation throughout the country.
