The opening event of the "Vocational Training Programme in Hungary" was organised

On 26 November 2024, the opening event of the "Vocational Training Programme in Hungary", launched in the framework of the Swiss - Hungarian Cooperation, took place at the Váci Piarista Kilátó.

Jean-François Paroz, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to Hungary, highlighted the importance of cooperation in his welcome speech.

Pölöskei Gáborné, director general of strategy of IKK Nonprofit Zrt., called the Swiss dual corporate VET-system exemplary, which was demonstrated by dr. Gábor Tompa, representing Nestlé Hungária Kft., through their own practice.

Dr. Gergő Korponai, Deputy Head of the National Coordination Unit, presented the framework for the implementation of the Swiss-Hungarian Cooperation Programme.

Afterwards, Hudacsek Lászlóné, Professional Director (IKK Nonprofit Zrt.) and the heads of the supported vocational training centres presented the objectives and expected results of the programme.

During the afternoon, the participants of the event were able to learn about good practices of vocational training institutions in the form of e-posters, which were sent by VET-teachers from different parts of the country in response to an invitation from IKK Nonprofit Zrt.
